• Production of 50.000 boed from our portfolio in Norway and the UK

• Secure and maintain a 10 years reserve life
• Operate own development projects
• Have a strong in house expertise in exploration, drilling,
  field development, production operations and business development
• Maintain a value driven organization
• Maintain a strong HSE record, according to Wintershall corporate targets
• Be recognized as one of the leading new players on the NCS
